Insurance

If your health insurance allows you to choose an out-of-network provider, as most PPO plans do, I can provide you with a statement to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Check with your insurance company to verify coverage for out-of-network providers and rates of reimbursement.

Cancellation policy

Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you must cancel your therapy session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid paying the full cost of the appointment.
